If you want to have a custom domain for the return page link instead of the one that start with returnsdrive.com, you can follow this instruction

Example: You want to use returns.pokemonwinkel.nl instead of pokemonwinkel.returnsdrive.com

Step 1: Create A record

In order to create your own subdomain, make sure you've created A record with your preferred subdomain and pointed it to our domain returnsdrive.com with the steps below:

• Log in to your Domain system

• Locate the DNS management tab

• Create A record with the subdomain that you want to use and direct it to our hostname 198.50.121.104 , with:

  • type: A

  • host: You can enter the domain that you want to use (e.g, Return, Returns,...)

  • value/address: 198.50.121.104

  • TTL: default

Why need this step?

Each of Shopify stores will have its own DNS domain name management system, you must go there to save records, this step has the meaning of telling this system that the owner needs https://pokemonwinkel.returnsdrive.com/ points to returns.pokemonwinkel.nl

Step 2: Check if Successful

To check if your A record is correctly configured, please use the tool at DNS Checker

Enter returns.pokemonwinkel.nl, if the return result is 198.50.121.104 then success
