Notification allows buyers to track the status of their returns, ensuring that they are always up-to-date on the progress of their requests. Additionally, it provides a secure and reliable way to communicate between you and your customers, ensuring that any issues or concerns can be addressed promptly.

How to verify your sender info?

Navigate to the Notification tab > Sender info

Step 1: On the โ€œSender infoโ€ section, fill in your sender email field and click to connect your email address

Step 2: Check your email to confirm to verify your email.

After verifying, your Sender info status will be updated to "Verified".
