How To Add Return Package Tracking Detail?

Once a return request is approved, both merchants & customers can add tracking details.

a. In the portal: Go to the branded return page > Enter “Order Number” and “Email or PhoneNumber” > Find your order > Enter shipment details > Add

b. Merchants can add a return package tracking detail in the management board.

You can check the shipment details by clicking on the order on the management board. Shipment status will be updated every 4 hours. Click on Sync tracking to update real-time shipment status.
