How To Add Return Package Tracking Detail?

Once a return is approved, both merchants & customers can add tracking detail.
Go to branded return page > Enter “order number” and “customer email” > Find your order > Enter shipment details > Add
After you add shipment detail, the Shipping status of the order in Return management board will be marked as "Shopper shipped the return"
Also, you can check the shipment detail by clicking on the order on the management board. Shipment status will be updated every 4 hours. Click on Sync tracking to update real-time shipment status.
