Return Policy

Why use Return Policy?

A straightforward return policy is the first step in providing a no-hassle returns process.
Returns Drive offers a post and customizable return policy page to assist you in putting into practice an efficient return policy.
With the "Return Policy" merchants can set up the rule on the app to restrict unwilling return requests

Customize Return Policy feature

In the “Settings” tab, choose “Return policy”
Click on “Create a rule”
There are 3 boxes to edit the policy: Order, Product, and Customer.

On “Order” box

“Order” box is used to set up rules on order fulfillment and delivery.
In “Policy Information” section:
  • Policy name: Fill in the name of the rule you want to create
  • To prevent return requests based on this policy, click on this button to switch the status
In “Policy Conditions” section:
  • Choose the condition of orders between “were delivered” and “ were fulfilled”
  • Enter the number of the days
Click on “Create this rule” and done.
Here is how the policy is displayed on the "Return Page"

On “Product” box

“Product” box is used to set up rules on product tags and types.
In “Policy Information” section:
  • Policy name: Fill in the name of the rule you want to create
  • To enable/disable to prevent return requests based on this policy, click on this button to switch the status
In “Policy Conditions” section:
  • Choose the condition of orders between “are tagged with” and “are included in type”
  • For each condition, you need to type in suitable tags or types for your rule by entering after each tag.
Click on “Create this rule” and done.

On “Customer” box

“Customer” box is used to set up rules on customers' tags and emails.
In “Policy Information” section:
  • Policy name: Fill in the name of the rule you want to create
  • To enable/disable to prevent return requests based on this policy, click on this button to switch the status
In “Policy Conditions” section:
  • Choose the condition of orders between “are tagged with” and “use email addresses are”
  • For each condition, you need to type in suitable tags or email addresses for your rule
Click on “Create this rule” and done.

In “Return Policy” tab

  • To enable/disable each policy, click on this button
  • To edit each policy, click on this button
  • To delete each policy, click on this button
