Add a return portal link to your store with Returns Drive domain

Step 1: Navigate to Return Page > Return page set up

Step 2: Copy your return portal link

Step 3: Go to Shopify admin > Online store> Navigation > Main Menu / Footer Menu > Add a new link of the return page URL, and name it “Return & Exchange”.
