How To Create A Return Request

1. How to create a return request?

a. For merchants:

You can submit a return request on behalf of shoppers. You can create the request on your branded return page.

  1. Go to the branded return page > Enter “Order Number” and “Email or PhoneNumber” > Find your order.

  1. You click the "Return" action and choose options for this request. Finally, click the "Submit" button to place a request.

After submitting the request, you can check & approve the request at the Management tab in Synstrack Returns & Exchanges App.

b. For shoppers:

Your customers can submit a return request via the branded return portal.

Go to the return portal > Enter “Order Number” and “Email or PhoneNumber” > Find your order > Choose return details > Submit.

After submitting the request, you can check & approve the request at the Management tab in Synstrack Returns & Exchanges App.

2. How to add a tracking detail?

Once a return request is approved, both the merchant & customer can add tracking details.

a. Go to the branded return page > Enter “Order Number” and “Email Or PhoneNumber” > Find your order > Enter shipment details > Add Tracking Detail.

b. Also, merchants can update directly by clicking the "Add tracking" button in return management details.
