How to create a return request

For merchants

You can submit a return request on behalf of shoppers. You can create the request on your branded return page or directly in Returns Drive.

Option 1: Go to branded return page > Enter “order number” and “customer email” > Find your order > Choose return details > Submit

Option 2: Go to Returns Drive > Management > Create a return > Enter “order number” and “customer email” > Find your order > Choose return details > Submit

After submitting the request, you can check & approve the request at Returns Drive’s Return management tab.

For shoppers

Your customers can submit a return request via the branded return portal.

Go to return portal > Enter “order number” and “customer email” > Find your order > Choose return details > Submit.

After a customer submits a request, you can check the request at Returns Drive’s Return management tab.

How to add return package tracking detail?

Once a return is approved, both merchant & customer can add tracking detail.

Go to branded return page > Enter “order number” and “customer email” > Find your order > Enter shipment details > Add

After you add shipment detail, the Shipping status of the order in Return management board will be marked as SHIPPED

Also, you can check the shipment detail by click on the order > Sync tracking
