# Create return request in customer account

### Merchant Setup Guide

Go to Shopline Admin

Navigate to Design > Design

Select “Checkout”

## How It Works for Customers

1. Log into their account
2. Find their order
3. Click “Request Return”
4. Select items and reason
5. Submit request
