Create return request in customer account

Your customers can now initiate returns directly from their account, making the process seamless and self-served.

Merchant Setup Guide

Go to Shopline Admin

Navigate to Design > Design

Select โ€œCheckoutโ€

How It Works for Customers

  1. Log into their account

  2. Find their order

  3. Click โ€œRequest Returnโ€

  4. Select items and reason

  5. Submit request
